Jordan VanOort is a Senior Wealth Advisor with Collins Investment Group. Since joining Collins Investment Group, Jordan has been recognized as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional and has also earned the Chartered Financial AnalystTM designation. With more than a decade of experience in financial service, Jordan also holds the Series 7 and Series 66 qualifications. Prior to working with clients of Collins Investment Group, Jordan held positions with Wachovia Securities as well as the Ayco Company of Goldman Sachs.
Jordan fondly refers to his Corning, NY roots and has family living in the Finger Lakes area of Upstate NY to as far south as Naples, Florida. Jordan graduated from Yale University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He currently lives in Bethesda, MD and remains active with the Yale Alumni Association of Washington, DC through sports activities and volunteer opportunities such as partnering with College Summit to work with high school students, mentoring them in their college search and application process.
