Before joining Collins Investment Group, Flo was with Folger Nolan Fleming Douglas, Inc. for 7 years working with their Senior Financial Advisors. Flo has been in the financial industry since 1986 and has served in roles with PaineWebber Inc. in Silver Spring, Maryland and Johnston Lemon & Co. in Washington, D.C.

Flo is a Series 7 Registered associate and has spent much of her career working with large institutional and charitable organization’s accounts by processing their trades and overseeing their gifting accounts.

She has lived in Maryland her entire life and currently resides in Rockville with her husband, Bill and her two children. Away from the office, Flo enjoys kayaking, camping and spending time with her family. She and her husband are very involved with fundraising events for the American Legion Post 86 in Rockville and fostering animals in need of homes.

With Collins Investment Group, Flo’s primary role is to oversee all of the cash movement in client accounts. This includes:
